> PRBB presents the new scientific blog “Redcedar”

Scientific news from PRBB for scientists

After many months of preparation and help from several scientists at the park, PRBB announces now the new scientific publication Redcedar. This blog complements the monthly newspaper El·lipse with the aim to position the centres and the PRBB more effectively within the international scientific community and to increase visibility. Redcedar is published fully in English and is directed mainly at scientists.

Contents include scientific news from the centres with links to the research group or researchers and the original work; conference and meeting reports; profiles of research groups and interviews; scientific images; links to special infrastructures and equipment at the park; tips for technical services; open scientific positions at the centres; patents and licensing offers and researchers on the move. Additionally, the blog has links to each centre with a short description. All contents will be tagged and are searchable by the readers who can share each entry and leave comments.

Redcedar (redcedarnews.wordpress.com) is edited by the communication department of PRBB and posts are published by Reimund Fickert and Maruxa Martínez, the scientific editor at PRBB. Suggestions for posts and occasional collaborations are welcome.

If you would like to be updated on the scientific activity of the park, please subscribe to Redcedar via email or via RSS updates.

We hope you will find Redcedar useful and we thank all the people who have helped us to develop this project.
